We have engineers qualified to work on all types of catering equipment including gas, electric, ware-wash, extraction, refrigeration and mobile catering. HCS will aim to respond to a breakdown callout request within 24 – 48 hours of a call being placed. As we only service the East Midlands area, this means that there is always an engineer in your area.
HCS can provide a competitive quote for your annual servicing. It is important that you consider annual servicing as poor standards of maintenance are a major underlying cause of accidents in the catering industry. You also may have insurance requirements. Simply send us a list of your equipment and we will provide you with a quotation.
We are members of CEDA, GAS SAFE register, Constructionline, Acclaim accredited, BUILDUK, F-GAS and WRAS approved. All our engineers are fully trained and hold the relevant certificates of competency. Our engineers are all DBS checked and have met the criteria for the inclusion in the register of qualified catering equipment service engineers. The company is fully insured and all certificates are available on request.
Our other services include Sales, design and Installation of new catering equipment, fabrication of stainless steel tabling, sinks and extraction canopies, Extraction testing and interlocking, reconditioned equipment and consumables such as warewash detergent and softeners.
