Our customer brief was to create a high quality and beautiful restaurant space where their guests would be treated to an innovative and immersive dining experience.
The restaurant would be a modern and refined environment with the diners feeling very much part of the action as there was to be no traditional hot pass.
The kitchen was to be open directly onto the dining area so diners could experience the action and excitement that a high class restaurant kitchen provides with the exec chef and kitchen staff very much part of the show.
Practical areas such as prep, dishwashing and storage were to be hidden from the diners sight as far as possible in an area that was to be predominantly a dining room.
