New servery unit with roller shutters.

The existing servery counter was in excess of 25 years old and was in need of complete replacement.

The manually operated shutters were believed to be as old as the build 40 – 50 years old. New roller shutters and a bespoke servery unit was installed, with a self serve Lincat refrigerated display.
