Technical Guidance Document #013

The GIUSP were revised in December 2015 (edition 7.1) and included a fundamental change in so much that the previous category of reportable unsafe situation “Not to Current Standards” was removed and therefore only two reportable categories remained, “At Risk” and “Immediately Dangerous”. This guidance document is intended to clarify what actions an engineer can take in various circumstances. It is not intended to be a comprehensive guide to the GIUSP.
