Clients Simon and Nadine wanted to change the concept and look of the main restaurant area to give an open theatre kitchen and a more casual bench and stool dining area near to the kitchen.
The existing cooking area was a galley style kitchen, very cramped with no room for the major changes that they had in mind.
To provide the extra space needed the old bar area wall that backed onto the kitchen was taken down and the bar moved to an under used soft furnished bar area.
All elements of this complex five week refit were carried out by the ACE Ltd team with no sub contractors required. This included liaising with UK Power networks to have the site electrical supply upgraded involving streetworks by them.
