The new table service restaurant was to offer a seasonal menu made using the finest and freshest locally sourced ingredients with a seating capacity of approximately 110, with the potential to increase by another 60 seats outside in a patio area to the side of the main entrance to the restaurant.

A new coffee counter area with jewellery specification chilled cake display, front counter joinery, high specification solid surfaces, tops and cabinetry, tiling and wall & floor finishes were also part of the package. This also then extended out to the restaurant furniture, tables and booth seating. All of which were designed to complement the owners high specifcation decorative expectations for the restaurant, which included floral arrangements and countryside pastel shades.
