On 26th October, Sally Abe’s The Pem, set in the elegant surroundings of the Conrad London St. James Hotel, reopened its doors following a summer recess to install a brand-new kitchen, complete with upgraded equipment. Promising to be Consultant Chef Sally Abe’s ‘most extraordinary menu yet’, the design and delivery of the updated facilities were courtesy of Gratte Brothers Catering Equipment Ltd.
Managed under contract with Hilton Luxury Brands and in partnership with Colliers International, Conrad London St James is housed in a 19th century building and situated less than a mile from some of London’s most iconic landmarks – Westminster Abbey, Big Ben and Buckingham Palace to name just a few. It is therefore a favoured destination for visitors to the capital looking for luxurious service with a range of contemporary and high-end bars and restaurants to match.
