The concept is seasonal Mediterranean cuisine accompanied by a mixologist bar and a lavish shisha lounge area.

The client wanted to be able to cater for those looking for West End style cocktails and light bites as well as those wanting to enjoy a full dining experience. Our design work also needed to reflect how differently the venue would operate between day and night, as well as inside and out as they wanted a relaxed and informal bar on the terrace.

We had a blank canvas to work with in terms of catering and bar equipment and our role was to design the main kitchen, large bar, terrace shisha bar and storage area. We also designed a café area at the same time which will form a second phase of the project further down the line.
