We have a client who is a multi-site operator and uses sous vide cooking at their CPU. They are looking at scaling up and we need a solution for doing 100kg of sous vide cooking a day in 1kg per batch bags. This will increase even further with time as their operation grows. Does any member have similar experiences to advise on suitable solution/s.
