Rational the market leader for combi ovens has announced Lincat will become a valued Rational
deal partner, ceasing to supply the Opus oven manufactured by Rational as an OEM partner,
from the beginning of 2020.

“As we continue to deliver maximum customer benefit and to streamline our processes, as of 1st January 2020, Lincat will supply the Rational brand of SelfCookingCenter, CombiMaster Plus and VarioCookingCenter range of appliances,” states Simon Lohse, Managing Director, Rational UK, explaining the new partnership.

“As with all our dealers, Lincat customers can now benefit from this change. We offer on-site training following the installation of their Rational appliance, and customer events, for example live cooking demonstrations and academies, popular with chefs who undertake regular training. There is access to the accredited Rational Service Partner network, with the appliances having a factory supported two- year warranty. The ConnectedCooking platform, allows users to connect their Rational appliances to a network, and monitor and control their appliances remotely, on a computer or mobile device,” concludes Lohse.

Customers can therefore be confident the Rational combi ovens, supplied by Lincat have the full support and benefits of the Rational organisation.
