Dear Hospitality, our message to you.

“2020 has been a year of challenge, the likes of which most of us have never faced, professionally speaking.
I want to praise the resilience, creativity and innovation that Members and Partners have demonstrated in supporting the operator sector at the most difficult times.
But for a moment I don’t want to talk collectively about ‘Members, Partners and an Industry’.
It is right to recognise people.
The engineers and technicians that have kept construction sites and healthcare operators going throughout the pandemic.
The project managers that have continued to deliver outstanding food service projects.
The designers that have created Covid secure restaurant and commercial kitchen solutions.
The sales, service, marketing, administration, HR and finance staff that have ensured that businesses remain safe, visible and operational.
The leaders that have sacrificed profits and done everything they can to keep their staff employed.
And the furloughed employees that have used their time to invest in learning, education and personal development to make themselves better employees for the future.
There are further weeks of challenge to come but we have an end in sight.
To Members and Partners – thank you for believing in ceda.
