To work with companies to ensure that a solid foundation of HR policies, processes and procedures which are clear, simple and effective in meeting the needs of the organisation are in place and that there are mechanisms to regularly review and update these to ensure compliance and best practice.
In the short term this is likely to be focused on the response to Coronavirus COVID 19 in the areas of sickness absence, homeworking, layoffs and short time working, redundancies etc.
In the medium term to provide ongoing support and advice in managing HR issues as and when required.
