I wanted to write to you personally because many of you have become friends and colleagues over the years. Having spent my career working for and alongside manufacturers, dealers and consultants, I know how important trust, communication and long-term relationships are in our industry.

I simply wanted to reassure you that Specifi is here, we’re investing in the future, and our commitment to the UK and Ireland has never been stronger.

Our recent restructuring has brought the business together under one global organisation with a clear direction and stronger leadership. That means greater investment in our products, our people and the support we provide.

Most importantly, it doesn’t mean less support. You’ll continue to work directly with me here in the UK and Ireland, backed by a wider team of specialists across Europe and our global business. Whether you need training, technical support, product content or simply want to discuss how Specifi can help your business, we’re here.

I joined Specifi because I believe our industry deserves better-connected tools that make designing, specifying and quoting commercial kitchens simpler and more efficient. We’re continuing to invest in exactly that, while keeping relationships at the heart of everything we do.

Thank you for the support you’ve shown me since joining Specifi. If we’ve not caught up recently, I’d welcome the opportunity to do so.
