Our Commercial Catering Equipment Technician apprenticeship, developed by ceda, is delivered over 17 months. This includes 20% ‘off-the-job’ training at our Stockport training centre, alongside 80% ‘on-the-job’ training within the employer’s business. The programme is also partially or fully funded through the Department for Education.

Apprentices aged under 25 receive full funding, while those over this age receive 95% funding (or 100% if the employer is a levy-paying organisation). This makes it a cost-effective and highly effective recruitment solution, enabling employers to train and develop apprentices in line with their company culture.
