Private Sector Sales Strong for ceda Members (Fri 16th Jun 2017)

Sales enquiries from the private sector are performing well for many ceda members with nearly 56% reporting better levels of enquires in their last quarter ending in April compared to the previous quarter to January.

“Enquires taken from private sector clients have risen quite sharply for a lot of our members since January and this is encouraging news given factors like political and economic uncertainty in the UK, Europe and around the world.

“We understand that there are many challenges in the foodservice economy at the moment and we are pleased able to show positive levels of enquires for ceda members and also to be supporting them in developing their businesses, and our reach to operators, with ceda’s new branding and strong marketing support planned for the rest of 2017 and beyond,” comments Adam Mason, ceda director general.
