Outstanding Customer Service

Gratte Brothers

Gratte Brothers is currently providing design and installation for one-off projects, one-off equipment replacements, planned and reactive maintenance as well as asset management. We have also start to help by developing ideas for new concepts and brands (currently covered under confidentiality).

Head of Culinary at Wembley Stadium, Harry Lomas, commented,

“I would just like to express my gratitude for the work that you and you team have provided over the months that Gratte Brothers has been supporting Delaware North (DNC) at Wembley Stadium. As a company, you have made such a smooth transition into the national stadium without any disruption to the running of our many events. During this time, Gratte Brothers has had to step up and support our catering team where others have failed and I can honestly say that this level of professionalism is fantastic. Where we have had failures to equipment, the response and completion time has enabled our team to complete our tasks without worry. Since having your dedicated team with us, they have fitted in well, communicated and worked with my team as if they were part of DNC and have gone above and beyond their expected duties to keep our operations running without disruption.

The handling of a Contract as large as ours can be daunting to some, but your team has absorbed the immense workload and completed planned maintenance without a glitch at the same time as responding to reactive jobs as well. We have had several large projects within the time Gratte have been in contract with us, including installation of multiple units and when asked if they could be completed before an event so that the new equipment could aid our services better, you have moved heaven and earth to ensure these tasks where completed in time and to the standard that we at DNC require. I would finally like to add that the inherited faults that were here when you took over seem a distant memory now that all is up and running.”
