Whitbread Energy Effieciency Synergy – Chargrill Rollout

Whitbread is a British multinational hospitality company that operates a range of hotel and restaurant brands across the UK & Europe. Founded in 1742 as a brewery, the company has a long and rich history that has seen it evolve into one of the largest hospitality businesses in the UK.

Whitbread have undertaken a significant energy efficiency rollout across its estate, As part of the latest project Space Catering were appointed 89 locations nationally including 4 sites in Northern Ireland. The main brief was to remove the wall mounted gas salamander grills, under counter service refrigeration & replace with more energy efficient equipment such as Adande refrigeration & Synergy Chargrills, Lincat induction hobs and some additional combination ovens.
