Lu’s Place

Lu’s place was going to be a brand-new concept – a very contemporary, up-market café/ restaurant with a number of features which would make it unique. The glasshouse area with panoramic windows and retractable roof were going to be fundamental to get the amount of covers they required.

This project took place within a tight time frame and an extremely tight space for the kitchen design. A lot of design work went into the kitchen to ensure it would be able to provide the menu, have the correct flow, meet all requirements and included equipment which would be reliable and efficient. Not only did the kitchen/ counter meet all requirements, the site was so busy following their opening that we conducted an additional project of the bar area, with all aspects of the projects achieving budget as well as full customer satisfaction.
