Olympia London
Advance Group
As part of the £1.3 billion transformation of Olympia London, Advance Group was appointed to deliver the foodservice infrastructure for a collection of flagship hospitality venues operated by Incipio Group. Spanning more than 40,000 square feet and encompassing multiple restaurants, bars, food kiosks and a central production kitchen, the project formed a critical part of the redevelopment’s ambition to establish Olympia as one of London’s premier cultural, entertainment and hospitality destinations. The scale of the operation, combined with the need to support up to 10 million annual visitors, made this the largest and most complex project in Advance Group’s history.
The development required four distinct hospitality concepts to be brought to life, each with its own identity, menu offering and operational requirements. From the high-energy Japanese-inspired Wolves of Tokyo and the expansive Arbour food hall to the rooftop venues Lillie’s and Juno, every space demanded a bespoke solution while remaining connected through a central production kitchen designed to support consistency, efficiency and high-volume service. The project embraced a fully electric operating model, with equipment carefully selected to maximise energy efficiency, reduce environmental impact and deliver long-term operational resilience.
Delivering thirteen separate hospitality environments within a live Tier 1 construction project required exceptional levels of coordination, adaptability and technical expertise. Complex logistics, evolving design requirements, restricted service routes and challenging ventilation strategies demanded constant collaboration between contractors, consultants and operators. Through detailed planning, innovative design and proactive project management, Advance Group successfully delivered a hospitality infrastructure capable of supporting one of the UK’s most significant regeneration projects. The result is a collection of vibrant, high-capacity venues that will help define Olympia London’s visitor experience for decades to come.
