Vision Commercial Kitchens<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The Tanera project involved the design and installation of state-of-the-art kitchen facilities on the remote Scottish island of Tanera M\u00f2r, a unique charitable retreat focused on providing restorative experiences. The project aimed to blend commercial functionality with a domestic aesthetic, creating spaces that offer both professional food preparation and guest interaction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Overcoming significant logistical challenges, including access limitations and unpredictable weather, the team successfully delivered and installed high-end kitchen equipment, featuring the MKN Optima range in the Prime cookline, Unox bakery ovens, and Foster refrigeration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The project’s complexity was further amplified by the evolving scope and the need to integrate extraction systems into existing barn structures, requiring detailed 3D modelling and coordination. Despite delays in generator delivery impacting final handover, the Tanera project stands as a testament to innovative design, logistical expertise, and a commitment to realising the client’s vision of a transformative island sanctuary.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
