Buckinghamshire New University

Vision Commercial Kitchens were approached by Maris Interiors to work alongside them to deliver a redevelopment of the ground floor area of Buckinghamshire New University in High Wycombe. The client wanted to facilitate the installation of a new refectory and dining space to service their on-campus students. Vision worked with Maris over a 12 month period to perfect the design before beginning the installation process.  

This was a project of a large scale, necessitating a kitchen that was equipped to meet high demands and bring healthy food concepts to life efficiently. The client requested a design centered around a central kitchen serving as the production hub for campus-wide food services. The successful upgrade of the kitchen has played a key role in establishing a sustainable catering service for the university.
