To provide a high end food and drink product in clean and efficient surroundings, transforming the dated, tired current concourse.

This was to include the updated back of house areas, efficient and attractive servery counters, two new bar areas capable of servicing 3,000 plus people in a short period of time.

Areas to accommodate state of the art beer dispense equipment.

Orders can be pre-booked with pick up points incorporated within the servery and bar areas.

Food was to include three different styles within the one counter including pizza, burger & rotisserie.

Work to be completed during the summer close season.
