COVID-19 Procedures

McCullough Moore / ceda take their responsibilities very seriously when dealing with the COVID-19 disease. As organisers, we have taken numerous steps to ensure the overall event has the necessary measures in place to manage the risk of transmission.

We would like everyone to enjoy our live conference whilst ensuring everyone feels comfortable and safe in a responsible environment. We are exercising control measures based on government guidance and industry best practice, these MUST be adhered to achieve this.

All attendees must bring either a proof of their double vaccination or a recent negative lateral flow test taken a maximum of 48 hours prior to arrival. You can obtain this using the NHS England APP (www.nhs.uk). You may find it beneficial to download the app in advance to ensure you have your pass ready for your arrival. It is also possible to add your COVID NHS pass to your Apple wallet, download as a PDF or save to your device for ease.

For those that have not been double vaccinated, proof of a negative test will be required. This can be done by taking a lateral flow test and recording your result on the NHS England App.

If you need to obtain a test kit, you can order a rapid self-test kit online Order coronavirus (COVID-19) rapid lateral flow tests - GOV.UK
