To convert an existing accounts office into a smart, comfortable and relaxing area for approximately 30 staff members to enjoy coffee and lunch breaks.

Having worked with CFC since 2002, and the major rebuild of the stadium being put on hold, the client wanted to improve facilities for staff within the existing hotel complex. Initially there were no staff facilities in the Copthorne Hotel and CFC Management felt having a dedicated relaxing food facility would improve staff moral and working conditions.

The brief required services to be installed, floors, walls and ceilings to be clad and seating and tabling in CFC blue to also be supplied and installed.

Costs were to be minimised where possible however good quality equipment was required to improve longevity
Food would be prepared in the main Copthorne kitchen and transported for service in this area. A reheat facility would therefore also be required.

A hot and cold servery providing main meals would be the main feature however the area would also be required to serve coffees and light meals during the day.

Client Satisfaction

Following completion of the staff facilities, CFC asked Court Catering to provide drawings for a major refurbishment of the Hotel kitchen, originally supplied by Courts in 2008. The order to carry out the install was placed and work completed in 2021.

Drawings and 3D visualisations were also requested for a possible revamp of the main West stand bar and food offering for supporters.

This area was also successfully installed much to the clients delight in time for the first home match of the new 2021/2022 season

On going maintenance by Court Catering continues on both the main stadium kitchens and the training ground with an engineer also on site for match day coverage.
