The project, for St John’s School required a full refurbishment of a domestic kitchen into a commercial kitchen which meant that full design, procurement and installation of commercial catering equipment was required for this repeat client. Logistical challenges included working in a small room within an old house and the need to coordinate with other trades in a small area of work. Consistent communication and meetings ensured a strong relationship was built with the client and the end-product was delivered on time and on budget.
