This project involves an innovative concept that had operational and efficiency challenges that needed to be met through the catering design proposal that we led. A number of faucets to the project – not just one kitchen and the timeline and expectations were tight and expectations were high for delivery of a high standard job which was able to open immediately to the public on completion. There was a lot of time put into design coordination as catering related floor space was reduced – we had to adapt the design to ensure maximum operating efficiency for a busy venue. Ultimately delivered on time, to budget and we delivered the operational facility to a happy client.
